Know Your Size First: everyone's foot is unique. Please measure the length of your foot before purchasing. The best size is equivalent to or slightly larger than the size of your foot.

If your insole can't be separated, you can directly put the product on the top layer for direct use, the surface of the insole has an additional anti-skid coating. If your insole can be separated, please place the carbon fiber insole between the original insole and sole for best results.
